Une maison accueillante magnifiquement située

Le logement est idĂ©alement situĂ©, donnant sur une rue piĂ©tonne trĂšs animĂ©e, avec tout ce que l'on peut rechercher : boutiques, cafĂ©s, restaurants, glacier, sans oublier le Monoprix tout proche. La plage est Ă  5 min, Ă  pied bien sĂ»r. Nos petits enfants ont suivi un stage de voile, Ă  20 minutes de marche seulement. La maison est bien dĂ©corĂ©e, et trĂšs accueillante, Y vivre Ă  8 n'a pas posĂ© de problĂšme. Nous Ă©tions prĂ©venus de l'importance des escaliers, le living/cuisine et les chambres s'Ă©chelonnant du 1er au 3e Ă©tage. A l'usage, l'utilisation de ces escaliers ne nous a pas pesĂ©. Le stationnement de notre voiture n'a pas Ă©tĂ© simple, mais a pu ĂȘtre raisonnablement rĂ©solu. Avec une mention particuliĂšre pour la disponibilitĂ© et la gentillesse de notre hĂŽte, sans oublier la personne qui nous a accueilli.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist halt mitten im Zentrum, daher mitunter etwas lauter. DafĂŒr aber der BĂ€cker direkt gegenĂŒber. Die KĂŒche bietet sicher alle möglichen GerĂ€te. Da alle GerĂ€te auf einem hohen Niveau sind, wĂ€re eine Bedienungsanleitung nicht schlecht, denn selbsterklĂ€rend sind sie nicht. In der KĂŒche ist ein großer Esstisch. GemĂŒtlich dran sitzen kann man eigentlich nicht, da er nicht im Raum, sondern an einer Wand steht. Im Wohnzimmer sind hauptsĂ€chlich 2 Sofas, ausreichend fĂŒr 4 Personen. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei und der TV etc nach RĂŒckfragen (keine Anleitung) auch. Im Keller befindet sich der Waschtrockner. WĂ€sche aufhĂ€ngen kann man da, sie wird aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit aber nicht trocken, einen separaten WĂ€schestĂ€nder gibt es nicht. Die Betten waren wie beschrieben, leider waren mache Bettdecken mit gelben Flecken versehen. Im Vorfeld der Reise habe ich mit dem EigentĂŒmer Kontakt aufgenommen bezĂŒglich der Parkmöglichkeiten. Da Feriensaison war, gab es nirgendwo freie ParkplĂ€tze. Die Reinigung und der Verleih von BettwĂ€sche sowie die Übergabe scheint eine eigene Branche zu sein. Der EigentĂŒmer konnte ĂŒber die Höhe im Vorfeld keine Auskunft geben, der Kontakt wird per Handy hergestellt. Die Dame war zur vereinbarten Zeit da und die Übergabe klappte problemlos. Zur Abreise wollte sie die Wohnung eine Stunde frĂŒher, da sie viel zu tun hĂ€tte.

Komfortables Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat hohe lichte Raumhöhen in den großen Schlaf- und AufenthaltsrĂ€umen und sehr bequeme Betten. Leider ist eines der BĂ€der „gefangen“, bzw. nur durch ein Schlafzimmer zugĂ€nglich. Der Vermieter, wie auch Audrey, die die Mieterrezeption verantwortet sind ausgesprochen freundlich und service-orientiert. Das Haus hat eine Toplage im Herzen von Trouville und befindet sich in 5 min Fußmarsch zum Strand.

La plage a quelques minutes a pied, le glacier et les 2 boulangeries au pied de la maison, les 2 balcons et le chant des mouettes en bruit de fond, tout est réuni pour passer de trÚs bonnes vacances en famille dans cet appartement agréable. Nos filles ados ont adoré leurs chambres, bien tranquilles au dernier étage.

Pied à terre parfait pour un séjour à Trouville

Une maison de ville pleine de charme, joliment décorée et trÚs confortable. Emplacement idéal, au sein d'un petit quartier animé au coeur de Trouville avec tout à portée de main: commerces, restaurants, etc, et la plage à 10 minutes à pied. Logement sur 3 niveaux (4 si on compte l'entrée), alors il ne faut pas avoir peur d'escaliers!

Vi havde 3 stÞrre bÞrn med pÄ ferie og vi elskede alle lejlighedens indretning og beliggenhed. Tre etagers byhus lige midt i alting med fantastisk strand 3 min vÊk. Kan varmt anbefales. Der var dog ikke sÄ rent og parkering var et problem for os men vi var pÄ tur tre dage og hjemme tre dage sÄ bilen holdt bare et godt stykke vÊk.
