Séjour Trouville résidence les flots bleus

Plaque de cuisson ne chauffe pas suffisamment, miroir salle de bain décollé lampe de chevet cassée, prise au mure vers la table arrachée sol sale vaisselle sale le studio mérite un petit coup de jeune. Un peu loin du centre ville à pieds places de parking restreintes.

Rétrospective du logement.

Dans l'ensemble logement correct sauf problème literie matelas mou et literie basse (compagne handicapées) . Dommage que celui soit située à l'arrière de la vue de la mer. Par compte au sujet des places de parking , les places devrait être numérotés par rapport au logement. Sinon j'ai mis moyen pour ne pas mettre moyen +.

Petit studio bien équipé, suffisant pour une personne! Petits bémols: le lit clic-clac n'est pas bien sûr pas aussi confortable au niveau du matelas, et donc on ressent les barres du sommier. La porte du placard serait à réparer.

endroit très calme

pas de problème avec agence mais j'aurais apprécier de faire un état de lieu avant car il y a quelque détail a revoir comme porte entrée de l'appartement qui ferme très mal et a l'entrée de cuisine un bout de planche en bas qui ne tiens pas, l'ampe qui étais casser mural. manque un peu de matériel de vaisselle comme une essoreuse a salade une cloche a micro onde et au moin un fétout pour faire cuir des moules et un balaie seau et serpillère car il y a bien un balaie mais c'est pour les enfants a la plage et il y a un trou sur le recouvre canapé pars ca le reste ca va j'ai eu peur pour ma caution mais je pense que l'agence doit etre au courrant de l'état de l'appartement c'est quelles détails qui ne coute pas cher et donnerais plus confiance au arrivant pour passer un agréable séjour
