Points positifs :
- Appartement très bien placé, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, 5min de commerces, boulangerie, restaurants, casino et plage.
- Réception des clés rapide et agréable avec renseignements supplémentaires sur le logement.
- Pièces de l'appartement propres, très bon éclairage (4 fenêtres).
- Ruelle calme.
Points négatifs :
- Vaisselle mal lavée (grasse avec des taches), nous avons dû tout renettoyer.
- Moule en fer rouillé, marmites griffonnées : à changer.
- Isolation légère : bruits avoisinants peuvent être facilement entendus.
