Small Town feel in Troutman

It was a nice cozy place to stay and visit our family in nearby Mooresville. Everything we needed was provided. We really appreciated the Reverse Osmosis Water Filter in the kitchen. Also the washer & dryer were new and plenty of features. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great experience

Was looking for a location around Statesville as my spouse had a job to do. I was going to join him and relax. The booking process was very easy. The property is pet. Friendly, host was extremely responsive to any question I had, the house was lovely and in stock with everything you needed except your clothes and food. The yard is fenced in and pet friendly, the master bedroom bed was so comfy. Will definitely book again.

Nice clean house, dog friendly, fenced yard

This house was perfect for us- a fenced yard for our dogs, a grill so we could have a family cookout and a5 min drive to the state park where we could hike by Lake Norman. Beds were comfortable and AC and Tv were great too.
