Central, clean and comfortable

The room was comfortable and clean - very warm and cosy. The bed is quite soft and they gave me two pillows - one normal and one massive - which actually made sitting up and reading in bed very comfy. The duvet was quite thick for the summer, but that might just be me.The windows do a really good job of blocking out noise from the outside. I had a single room with its own bathroom - there was ample space for me. Yes, the towel rail is over the loo, but the rooms are compact so I am not really sure where else they would put them. My only complaint about the room is the lack of space for me to put my clothes. As I was staying for a week, I wanted to unpack and had to just stack all my stuff on the desk in the room provided. Not a huge hassle, just a thing. Certainly not severe enough to reduce the stars. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety, really nice fresh bread, and the staff were good at keeping everything topped up. For me though, the best thing was the location. It's really central with everything you need within a five/ten minute walk. I have read some of the comments about the lack of tea/coffee facilities etc. but that is clear in the room description so I don't know what people were expecting. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and would definitely use them again.

Small room, basic but clean, with decent shower. They somehow only managed to book me in for 1 night even though my reservation was for 4, a fact I only discovered when the cleaning staff came to change the room and were surprised that I was still there! Didn't have the breakfast, but the free coffee in the lobby was a plus.

It is a interesting building, quite big, so that it is easy to get lost looking for your room on each floor. Nice finishing materials and quite small but comfortable rooms with private bathroom.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great range of choices of breakfast food. The freely available water, tea and coffee was great. Unfortunately, myself and several of my travelling companions experience problems with plug sockets that did not work and sometimes no WiFi was available.

Expensive

Expensive for what it was. Would be OK if the priced matched the room but it didn't, was expensive for what it was. No remote for TV, got remote but tv still didn't work. Bedside light didn't work and cleanliness issues. Room smaller than a standard uk prisoner cell. Can't begin to describe how small. Again if priced matched that would be OK but it didn't l luckily I was only on a short layover.

Overall a great hotel.

This hotel is great for a cheaper hotel option. Rooms are on the smaller side but the room was clean and the bathroom modern and tidy. Great location. Close to all the tour pick up/drop off locations. Overall a great stay for the price.

Excellent location, comfortable room and bathroom, delicious breakfast, very friendly breakfast staff. But the reception staff was very bad. Not at all friendly or helpful, they seem tired and without any interest in their work. A shame, because it is a very good hotel.

Pros: Location was 1 street behind main shopping street and around 5mins walk to nearest bus stops. Room was clean with heating, although windows allowed cold air to pass through. My friend found it cold but I thought it was ok under the duvet. Basic amenities included (towels, hair dryer, shampoo body wash). Staff was friendly and accommodating (we had to ask for new hair dryer and top-up of shampoo). Cons: room would be small for extended stay, but was ok for 3 days. If you visit in winter, please get shoes with ice grip! Many people were slipping everywhere. I had to take long detours just to avoid icy sidewalks.

First of all the hotel staff location etc are absolutely fine however you can’t get over the elephant in the room or more to the point the size of the rooms. The phrase you couldn’t swing a cat in here was made for this hotel the rooms are tiny. There’s no where to put your clothes to we ended up living out of the suitcase and using a floordrobe. You have climb over your partner to get out of bed and there are literally no facilities in the room at all. As I said the hotels fine but be prepared to spend your trip in what seems like a prison cell.

Travelocity photos do not adequately demonstrate what a terribly small room the "double room" actually is. It was VERY small and tight. Access to the bed from one side. Very hard to get in and out of the bed on the inside spot.
