Staff are really kind. While only thing can be better is the parking slot. It will be great if the hotel can provide a parking space for customer to load/off-load luggages.

What a terrific hotel. Breakfast is really amazing. Lots of selection delicious food. The staff is super accommodating and nice although I wish they had more front desk people since it felt like there was typically a bit of a wait. The rooms are nice with good toiletries and we had a junior suite with an amazing view of the harbor. It felt like we were on a boat, watching the other boats go by. The location is super convenient probably the best location of all the hotels because it’s not on the main street but the main street is a one minute walk

A very well located property right on the water front. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was comprehensive furniture in public areas looks worn and exhausted but convenience is the prize with this large hotel.

All extremely good, staff is great. As a vegan I would have expected a bit more choice for breakfast a part from bread and fruit. Vegan sausages and/or croissants or a cake would be appreciated. In general, a very very nice hotel with central location and a nice terrace bar. I would stay again.

Best Breakfast in Norway!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and beautiful with great views, and the breakfast buffet was beyond what many 5-star resorts offer. The only negative in our stay was the air conditioning was insufficient to keep the room cool on an unusually warm summer day.

I’d stay again

Great hotel, central to everything.. the staff at the hotel were excellent, we didn’t get our room clean as they were too busy but we got clean towels from reception. Bar and restaurant staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant menu was small but tasty and breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was industrial looking rather than luxurious looking.
