Our room was right next to a generator which was on all night and kept us awake for 2 nights, that was after the music ftom the party had also kept us awake. Oh and the rooms were ridiculously hot. Nice staff though and great breakfast

The staff was so helpful. Whenever we had a question about Tromso/ restaurants, what to do etc, they could not have been more helpful. The rooms were great too - and the breafast first class with so much choice.

The hotel was actually faultless. Special praise must be heaped upon Norah on reception and Tara in the restaurant for their excellent beautiful service. We really enjoyed ourselves and will certainly be back in the future!

Room was small and angular. It was at the front of the hotel in the pointy bit. Room was clean, bathroom and shower was fine. TV really poor. Only reason for 3 stars is the room was 350 per night and not worth that !

Staff here was SUPERB. The breakfast buffet team and the front desk team are sooo lovely, kind, helpful, accommodating. Heidi at the front desk was a doll! We had an issue that she tried to help solve for hours. She was so invested. Made us feel so special. Thank you Heidi!!!

The staff could not have been more helpful, lovely rooms, very comfy bed, amazing breakfast (so much choice it's unreal!) The location is excellent, right on the harbour for the PUST Sauna, All boat trips, and the Bus Station. 2 min walk to main centre. A perfect hotel to stay whilst in Tromso, we will be back next year!!

The hotel is in an excellent location, however, staff was not too courteous and didn't seem to know the hours of the Skybar-- the front desk told us it opened that day, the restaurant staff told us it didn't. Also, not sure why the Skybar has such limited hours, open only 3 days a week. We were looking forward to going there to see the northern lights but our stay ended up not coinciding with the days the bar was open.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great location. I didn’t like when they tried to charge extra to check in a bit early for the price I wasn’t interested in being nickeled and dimed. If you have a car parking is a problem and can get expensive. The food was good and otherwise it was a nice place.

The room we booked was a standard room and for this would have given 2 stars. The room was in a corner of the building, the odd shape meant it was a very tight squeeze for 2 with a regular hold case each. The room was cold and we were given an electric heater, this did heat the room effectively but ate into room space. A light above the bed was broken and not repaired even though it was reported. The reason i gave 3stars was the food which was just about perfect for me. Lots of healthy options and fried crispy bacon if thats your thing. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had for some time

Room and hotel were spotless , staff so friendly and helpful. Could not be in a more convenient location right on the harbor to walk town and catch tours. The view from our family room was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was abundant with choices and delicious. Sky bar was lovely. Enjoyed our stay from beginning to end! Would return in a heartbeat next we are in Tromso.
