The communication is terrible. They’re not open after a certain time so we helped tons of people just get into the building that came in at night. They’re definitely needs to be someone there 24/7, you have to plan ahead if you want sheets or towels because there’s no one to get them past 6 or so (at least my experience). We had a pull out bed in our room but no extra sheets on them…. So how do you use it? Just sleep on a nasty mattress? We checked all the cabinets/drawers. Nothing. The dryer doesnt dry the clothes after 2 hours, useless. The restaurant on premise was absolutely disgusting. The grill doesnt get Near hot enough to cook the meat in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely not worth the price. Oh, also my app never worked. When I opened it it was just a grey screen. Most people’s app didn’t work that we talked to and helped. I’m also confused how I paid more for a room than someone in my group but I got a worse room, no windows to open, ac barely did anything (I realize that’s not a thing in Norway) but don’t have the option if it doesnt do Anything :). Beware of the rooms that look directly into a hallway lmao! No street view or anything… just a hallway, ours looked at the elevators. The point? I see none.
The good: shower pressure, bathroom, kitchen area (minus microwave), refrigerator.
