This beautifully renovated stone house, set on Ciovo island, offers a peaceful retreat just 300 meters from Trogir’s historic old town. Built in the XIX century and fully renovated in 2018, the property spans three floors and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, a 25 m² double room with an en-suite bathroom offers comfort and convenience, featuring a fridge, electric kettle, seating area, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The room opens to a lovely yard equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing in the fresh air.

The first floor is home to a charming studio apartment designed for 2 guests. It boasts a king-size double bed, a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom. For entertainment, the studio is equipped with a flat-screen TV offering satellite channels, as well as Wi-Fi.

The second-floor apartment is designed for 4 adults. Great Location. Easy walking to shops, Old Town, green market, bus depot, and numerous restaurants. The property manager was extremely helpful even when we had questions after hours. Only concern, the stairs to the bed in the upper suite are steep, not for anyone with mobility concerns. No issues with the lower suites. We enjoyed our stay (Oct 13 - 16, 2025) Bill P

Excellente nuit après notre croisière

Maison très bien équipée pour 8, il manquerait un salon intérieur, mais tout a fait compensé par une belle terrasse et un grand barbecue extérieur.
