HÉBERGEMENT INEXISTANT, LOGEMENT FANTÔME

J'ai réservé 2 nuits et j'ai dû aller me loger ailleurs. Aucune communication, l'hôte ne répond à aucun appel, aucun sms, aucun mail. La maison sur les photos ne correspond à aucune dans tout le quartier (j'ai cherché plus de 2 heures). Hotels.com et son système de chat n'a rien fait pour m'aider à part m'envoyer des coordonnées GPS qui correspondent à un parking. 2 nuits facturées pour rien, ce logement n'existe pas.
