Really nice place to stay. Was better than I expected. Keep in mind the toiletries are not restocked and you have to get your own once the provided ones finish.

A very comfortable 4 days in this, not new, but well maintained central apartment block. Self check in went smoothly due to advance communication and the managers, when met the next morning, were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, within 10 minutes on foot from the train & bus stations, several supermarkets in the area and just minutes from the lovely waterfront and bustling piazzas. Would definitely return when in Trieste.

Clear instructions before check-in. Great location with a big terrace. Reasonably clean room but spacious. The guy at the reception is not friendly nor polite, he acted annoyed at both times I talked to him and even rolled his eyes when I came down to check out lol

Very spacious and centrally located. Staff was nice and checking in went smoothly. No air condition in the bedroom only in the living room/kitchen. I wish that there was some detergent for the washing machine, especially when you consider that there already was dish soap available.

Perfect location about 7 minutes walk from the station and less than 5 minutes walk to Canal Grande. Very easy to follow instructions on how to check in as it was after the manned reception hours. Great view from the balcony so you can relax, enjoy the weather and the views of the Adriatic. Would definitely stay here agin.

Disappointing for the price. Basic, but comfortable accommodation. No coffee, teabags, dishwasher tabs etc!! Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Others hotels on our trips, for similar price had higher standards/ better facilities No mattress or pillow protectors- should be compulsory!!! Good views, handy for sight seeing. Close to train& bus station

We booked a 2-bed room. While there were two beds, they were next to each other and only one set of sheet. The apartment was great and spacious, but so.e of the utensils and plates were not super clean.

A few odd things about this place - having to take your rubbish with you is not a normal expectation, nor is staggering of electrical appliance to avoid overloading, nor are having hall lights that don’t work or a reception that’s only opened in the mornings Otherwise a pleasant clean and decent down town location
