Helpful staff. It’s an Inn style so staff are not always around and they are quite busy but when they are they are super helpful and kind.

We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend! The location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance without being right in the center. Rio made sure our check-in was easy and was available to answer any questions. Breakfast each morning was a nice addition. The room was spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. We stayed three nights and had a great room on the third floor with air conditioning and a balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offering was varied and tasty! The location is in the center of the pedestrian area, close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Got in after hours, so there was bit of gymnastics associated with getting into our room. Fortunately, the restaurant manager let us in. If you're going to arrive late, make sure to call the hotel during normal working hours to make arrangements. Didn't expect it was going to take 2 hours to get out of the parking lot at Spa. This was an amazing place. Great location, convenient to the town center. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good. Check out the restaurant in the basement (just don't play the piano :) ). Wish our schedule would have allowed us to have dinner there. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Trier (which is a great place as well).
