Die Wohnung war nur grob gereinigt, die Lampen waren sehr schmutzig. Die Angaben von der Wohnung waren in der Beschreibung schlecht bei der Buchung waren nicht genau es fehlte der Hinweise das die Wohnung im ernsten Stockwerk Ist für behinderte Menschen nicht zu erreichen den Parkplatz muss man sich irgendwo suchen für Fahrräder keine unterstellt Möglichkeit musste

Gute Ausstattung und viel Platz. Super, dass es Jalousien gibt an allen Fenstern. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Nur die Bettwäsche war nicht ganz in Ordnung, sie hatte leider etwas muffig gerochen,als wenn sie lange in der Waschmaschine lag, und es waren kleine Löcher vorhanden.

Super Aufenthalt

Ich war beruflich für 8 Wochen in Trier und hätte mir keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Praktisch ist auch die Nähe zu einem Komplex mit allen möglichen Supermärkten und Drogerien

Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Abstrichen!

Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Balkon im warmen Trierer Hochsommer perfekt - in den übrigen Monaten für uns zu schattig. Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko ist leider die viel befahrene Strasse vor den Schlafzimmerfenster. Daran muss man sich gewöhnen und es liegt nicht in der Verantwortung des Vermieters!

Schöne Herbsttage in Trier

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist hell, geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles,was man braucht. Wenn man 'vom Lande' kommt, stört die vielbefahrene Straße doch ein wenig. Aber man ist eben in einer Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, die Bushaltestelle ist mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Das ist super! Insgesamt weiter zu empfehlen!

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Gut geeignet für sowohl längere als auch kürzere Aufenthalte. Habe mich dort wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt mit Flo war auch super, da nett, unkompliziert und schnelle Rückmeldung, wenn es nötig war. Gerne wieder! (Nur kennengelernt haben wir uns leider nicht :)

Schöne,geräumige Wohnung in renoviertem Altbau.

Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Komfort und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet;dass gilt auch für die Küche mit Spülmaschine,Backofen,Kühl-Gefrierschrank etc. Ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Hell & freundlich....

Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist hell und großzügig geschnitten, so dass man sich auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter dort aufhalten kann, ohne sich beengt zu fühlen. Bei gutem Wetter laedt die Terasse dazu ein, abends noch ein Glas Wein im Freien zu trinken. Die Einrichtung ist modern, aufeinander abgestimmt und sehr freundlich gehalten, so dass der o.g. Wohlfühleffekt noch verstärkt wird. In Kuerze: wir wuerden die Wohnung auf alle Fälle wieder buchen :-). Vielen Dank an Familie Nieswandt, die sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht hat!

Übergangswohnung für neue Arbeitsstelle

Für meine neue Arbeitsstelle in Luxemburg habe ich eine Übergangslösung zum Wohnen gesucht und mich für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden, da sie mich bereits durch die Bilder und die Beschreibung sehr angesprochen hat. Aus ursprünglich geplanten drei Monaten wurden am Ende fast sechs Monate, was bereits für sich spricht. Ich habe mich während der gesamten Zeit immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hell, großzügig, sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Ich hatte alles, was ich gebraucht habe (auch die Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet). Die Einrichtung ist modern und ansprechend, sodass ich auch in den dunklen Wintermonaten gerne „heimgekommen“ bin. Leider konnte ich den Balkon jahreszeitbedingt nicht nutzen, aber trotzdem ist er definitiv ein weiterer Pluspunkt, da er zur Rückseite des Hauses sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Auch mein Auto abzustellen war nie ein Problem, da man immer in der Nähe des Hauses einen Parkplatz findet. Und wenn man das Auto mal stehen lassen möchte, ist auch die Busanbindung mit der Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Haustüre optimal und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Zum Einkaufen muss man nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß gehen und man hat alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker,…). Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weitere und würde mich jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden! An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen lieben Dank für Alles an den sehr netten und immer hilfsbereiten Vermieter!

Ferien in der ältesten Stadt Deutschlands

Wir waren letzten Spätsommer in die tollen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir verbrachten leider viel zu wenig zeit dort, sodass wir uns lediglich einen kleinen Eindruck von Trier erhaschen konnten. Dies werden wir dieses Jahr nachholen um auch mal die weitere Umgebung erkunden wollen. Auf dem Programm steht diesmal wandern im Hunsrück aber auch ein Besuch in die Hauptstadt des Großherzugtums Freuen uns ebenfalls auf ein wiedersehen mit dem netten Vermieter :)
