"Villa Marini" is located in Marina Serra (Tricase) a quiet town a few km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sanctuary, a town immersed in one of the most evocative and uncontaminated Apulian landscapes: the high and steep coast between Otranto and Capo di Leuca, an area protected by the regional park.
This apartment in particular consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which in the bedroom), living room / kitchen, balcony and large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea shaded with grass. Large solarium / games area with lawn for exclusive use
The sleeping area and the living room / kitchen has air conditioners. The rooms are large, two double / twin and one suitable for up to 4 beds.
One of these has a swimming poll (above ground but at the level of the terrace), terrace, solarium, BBQ and a patio
Outdoor shower and washing machine for exclusive use.
Depending on availability, you can also count on the other two apartments that make up the villa for a total of 9 bedrooms 6 bathrooms, for a total of 30 beds
The villa is in a peripheral position with respect to the small town of Marina Serra so in the absence of vehicular transit and directly overlooks the sea, reachable with easy access beyond the road in front of the villa plus a beautiful natural swimming pool also accessible for children at 150 m recently object of an article on Vanity Fair for its beauty and the former marina now become a swimming area with shallow waters.
The villa is suitable for various types of tourists, couples, families, groups with the possibility of adapting to all needs.
We supply linen (sheets and towels) and additional payment (sheets and bathroom towel kit) on request. We provide a cot for the little ones free of charge.

Rilassante vacanza con la famiglia a Marina Serra.
Spazioso appartamento a due passi dal mare, con tre camere da letto,un bagno con doccia, un bagno con wc e una comoda doccia esterna. Ampio giardino esterno, abbiamo sempre mangiato all'esterno con la vista sul mare e la sera vedevamo la luna specchiarsi nel mare. Nelle vicinanze splendide grotte da visitare anche a nuoto e tanti scogli dai quali i nostri ragazzi si sono divertiti molto a fare tuffi .
Purtroppo tra gli scogli ci sono molti rifiuti lasciati dai vari visitatori...
