HIGHLY recommend this property! Absolutely beautiful property in the best location for exploring Bologna. 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, historic sites! We had a very stressful situation, having lost our passports on the train to Bologna. Through extraordinary efforts by both the Hotel Manager and Concierge Julia, our passports were speedily located and we got them back right away! The Manager also upgraded us to a suite which was very luxurious and appreciated after such a scary day. I encourage anyone who is looking for a centrally located luxury hotel in Bologna with exceptional customer service to select this one. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel was beautiful with gorgeous appointments. My only criticism is that they did not have easy handicap access. I had to go out the back way through the innards of the hotel every time I left. The only other choice was to disturb the staff and have them lower me on the front steps using an unusual contraption. I would have been embarrassed to use that more than I did – only once. They really should have better accommodations for a five star hotel.

The staff and food at the hotel were excellent. They dealt with any issue with speed and professionalism. Alberto and David’s and their teams were very high quality. Definitely would recommend and stay there again!
