Walk just 1 block to the Historic Trempealeau Hotel to enjoy great food, music and beautiful sunset along the Mississippi River. If your into biking just a few short blocks will get you on the Great River State Trail. Enjoy hiking check out Perrot State Park or hike Brady's Bluff for stunning views of the Mississippi River. The Bungaleau offers you everything you will need to enjoy your time around the area. Need a place to store your bike we have you covered with a locked storage shed. Want to pack light and wash your gear we got you covered there too. The Bungaleau offers full kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals, coffee pot for those coffee lovers. Tub shower combination bathroom complete with towels all bedding provided. Amish made furniture throughout. Nice little rec area to enjoy a game of cards. Sit outside on the deck relax, charcoal grill for cooking . We truly hope you will find everything you need, there are many fine eating establishments, the marina, local bike shop if you need a repair, coffee and bait shop. Trempealeau is a little piece of paradise along the Mississippi. . You’ll love my place because of Small town charm and so much to do in Trempealeau Wisconsin. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Great location

The Bungaleau is in a great location and was just the right size for us. The towels were so fluffy and fresh smelling. The only reasons we didnt give it a 5 star were the step down into the bedroom and tight squeeze into the bedroom (would recommend a piece of yellow tape along edge of step as added precation and possibly removing door or bed footboard to make easier to get in). The air conditioning was a bit uneven throughout the house, but we were just glad to have it after a hot day down on the river.

Very impressed with the accommodations the homeowner gave in preparation for tenants to stay here. What a wonderful experience! Located right smack dab in the middle of town, walking distance from everywhere where we want to go. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a clean, spacious home with an excellent bed and also a comfortable roll out couch. Everything provided for a full service kitchen, great heating and cooling, cozy spots to relax and read, write letters, work on computers. Great bathroom and perfect bathtub/shower.

A really a cute house in good location. But a lot of hidden levels you need watch. Bedroom access a bit of a problem. But never stayed at a VRBO with more owner supplies .. was great to have everything we needed from coffee to plush towels. We Would stay here again but lack of things to do in the town.

Great location to explore Great River Road and Trempealeau! Very well cared for and equipped. Great price. Queen size bed and queen size sofa pull out were very comfortable. Kitchen had great appliances and supplies.

A Great Stay!

The property was just as described and there was so much to do in the area. Everything was in driving distance so we could explore the Botanical Garden and the overlook in LaCrosse and the art museum, stained glass, and the overlook in Winona. In addition we saw the fabulous Kinstone, the standing stones outside of Fountain City. Thanks for a fantastic time!
