The villa is located in the heart of the Alto Garda Nature Park, 500 meters from the "Ustecchio" bus stop, 1 kilometer from the center of the village of Voltino, 3 kilometers from the town of "Limone sul Garda," and 3 kilometers from the beach in Limone. Its location is ideal for families and offers the beauty of the mountains.
The villa is equipped with WiFi internet access, individual gas heating, nearby outdoor parking, and a TV.
The American-style kitchen, with gas stovetops, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and a coffee maker.
We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper.
