The 50 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and a TV. A high chair is available on request. A third bed for a child can be added (in a windowless single room, suitable only for children). Guests have access to a shared laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The private terrace, furnished with table, chairs, and umbrella, offers stunning lake views.



A downhill trail is located in Ponale. Nearby, you'll find the "Primavera" pizzeria, a winery (140 m), and a grocery store (400 m). The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away (350 m). The area offers many activities for sports enthusiasts, such as canyoning, climbing, hiking, and mountain biking. The famous Garda cycle path is also close by. The renowned town of Limone is 4 km away. The Strada della Forra, 8.3 km away, is considered one of the most beautiful roads in the world and leads through the Brasa Gorge to Lake Garda. In Tremosine, the famous "Terrazza del Brivido" offers spectacular views of the lake and mountains.



Parking is available on the property. The large parking area can accommodate motorcycles and trailers. Pets are not allowed. Heating is available during colder months for an extra fee.
