Private: large, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Les Rosaires" 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates.
"Ty Manolo", 4-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and modern furnishings: open large living/dining room with dining table, TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the garden.
