Charmante Maison Bretonne Près de la mer ; la Villa "laouen"

Nous louons à certaines périodes, notre maison de Trédrez Loquémeau, située à 300 m de la mairie et église de Trédrez, 15 mn à pied par des chemins (ou la route) de la superbe plage de St Michel en Grève- St Efflam. La maison se situe le long du GR 34 B, au calme, sur un terrain de 1500 m2.

Le port de Locquémeau se situe à 5 mn en voiture ; accès au port, à l’école de voile, à l’arrivée des bateaux de pêche vendant à la coopérative les moules ou St Jacques, selon la saison. A 20 mn de la superbe côte de Granit Rose (Trébeurden, Ploumanach, Tregastel…).

La maison si situe le long du GR 34B en partant du bourg de Trédrez. De nombreux chemins de randonnées sont accessibles depuis la maison, que ce soit vers les plages, le long des falaises de Trédrez ou tournées dans la campagne.Une crêperie à pied au centre bourg.Une épicerie et un café à 15 mn à pied au bourg de St Michel en Grève, après une belle balade sur la plage. Nous rénovons cette maison depuis 2022 ; si vous recherchez l’authenticité et le calme, la maison vous est grande ouverte ; en revanche pour les adeptes de domotique et shopping, la maison ne vous correspondra pas malgré ses équipements actuels (voir descriptifs). Un service de conciergerie vous accueillera et pourra répondre à vos questions si besoin.

Nous poursuivons la rénovation de la maison mais le confort est là sur environ 90 m2. Deux grandes chambres avec des lit 160 cm , plus une plus petite en enfilade avec un lit 90 cm.
Une salle de douche avec toilettes.
Les installations usuelles sont là : cuisine équipée, lave-vaisselle, four et four à micro-ondes, TV et wifi, lave-linge. Fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, salon de jardin, transats et barbecue à disposition

Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
Les fêtes et les événements de groupe sont interdits
