Convenient location (2 minutes walk) from the Spinale ski lift, close to the Laghetto, very quiet but within walking distance from the center and shops (4 minutes walk through the Park).
Possibility of parking space in the garage.
The price includes the use of the fully furnished apartment complete with kitchen utensils and bed duvets as well as the costs of hot water, electricity, tourist tax, heating, initial cleaning, general condominium, gas.

Have a great time

Nice house, near by foot to Spinale Gondola. We were 8 guests and it was OK but the house is best recommended for 6 guests. The center of Madonna is also near by foot. Great location. Good contact with the owner. We have a great time!

Posizione super centrale a Madonna di Campiglio

Ottima casa a piano terra con tre camere, due bagni salotto e cucinino. La posizione è fantastica e consente di dimenticare la macchina. Il condominio è in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L' appartamento è un po' datato e forse necessita di una ristrutturazione almeno per la cucina, ma è comunque ben accessoriato e ben vivibile. Ringrazio la proprietaria Susanne sempre molto pronta e disponibile.

L''appartamento è veramente comodo e vicinissimo agli impianti ed al centro. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema durante il nostro soggiorno e la zona è molto tranquilla. Ringraziamo la Sig.ra Susanne per averci messo a disposizione anche il garage per due posti auto. Nel complesso tutto bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

bene ma non nei dettagli

pur avendo l'appartamento tutto quello che era previsto nella descrizione, dalle foto e dal prezzo ci aspettavamo un appartamento più nuovo e di maggior livello. Ad esempio una camera con i letti a castello era senza armadio e punti di appoggio e con materassi più corti dei letti. Nell'altra la finestra si apriva con estrema fatica. Il bagno con la vasca necessiterebbe di una tenda di riparo per farvi la doccia. Le sedie del soggiorno traballano. L'armadiatura del soggiorno non utilizzabile perché chiusa o ingombra di cose inutili mentre sarebbe servita visto che il cucinino è piccolissimo. Ed infine (dramma per i figli) l' WI-FI ha funzionato solo la prima settimana. Tutti dettagli ma ci si aspettava di più. O in altre parole, anche considerando che si era a Madonna di Campiglio nelle due settimane centrali di agosto, il rapporto prezzo/qualità era troppo elevato. Posizione ottima e soggiorno complessivo buono. . resto in attesa della restituzione della cauzione

La posizione è comodissima, l’arredamento essenziale ma gli spazi ben divisi. La cucina ha dei limit

Sono stata molto bene in questo appartamento, conoscevo il condominio in quanto ho affittato per anni un appartamento difronte. La casa è confortevole ha 2 bagni comodi e tanti armadi( alcune mensole sono da sistemare). Solo la cucina è sacrificata senza aspirazione e con pentole da cambiare ma sono piccole cose a cui si rimedia facilmente. Per il prezzo che chiede la proprietà , il garage dovrebbe essere incluso anche perché non ci sono molte soluzioni nelle vicinanze e alcuni degli altri affittuari ne includono addirittura 2 di box! Anche l’arredamento potrebbe essere più curato con poco. Comunque ci tornerei .

LA SOLUZIONE PERFETTA PER SOGGIORNARE A CAMPIGLIO

Appartamento molto comodo e pratico e con un’ottima distribuzione degli spazi interni (una nota positiva per i bagni che sono davvero ampi). Il contesto dello chalet è accogliente e molto grazioso ed anche gli spazi esterni sono piacevoli. Location nel complesso spettacolare, accogliente ed isolata ma a 2 minuti a piedi sia dalla zona pedonale che dallo Spinale...impagabile! Ci tornerò sicuramente!
