This place and the staff are THE definition of hospitality! The rooms and the common spaces are always spotless, the housekeeping staff is incredible, front desk and breakfast room staff are welcoming, personable and overall wonderful to be around! The breakfast is more than enough and they work hard to keep it immaculate and well stocked - and they have a 24-hour coffee/tea bar to top it all off. Stay here!!!! You'll be happy!!

We stay here yearly in December and are always beyond pleased with our stay. Property is clean, quiet, every staff member is friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly. Pool area open to adults 24/7. Breakfast is always fully stocked. Short drive into town. Always pleased with our stay. These days it’s hard to find a nice hotel that doesn’t break the bank. This one is always our first choice for our stay in Traverse City.
