TC BayView&Town2 boasts contemporary furnishings and top-of-the-line amenities. The open-concept living area features a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy eating area, perfect for relaxing and gathering with family and friends playing board games or streaming movies on 65" SMART TV. Ascend the spiral staircase from 2nd floor to dining and lounging on private rooftop deck with views of downtown and Lake Michigan.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with large private workspace area and 45" SMARTTV and generously sized closet. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, SMART TV with barn sliding doors leading to walk-in closet. Need additional sleeping space?? We got it, with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Pak-n-Play and high chair available.

Great property for walking to restaurants and shops. Rooftop patio was a great place to unwind with a cocktail! Cute, comfortable place for a girls' weekend. The condo has LOTS of steps- up from the garage, up to bedrooms and up to patio. If you can't do stairs, this is probably not a good place for you.

Beth and Mark's place was perfect for our stay in Traverse City. The two bedroom/two bath configuration worked well for us. Although there were a lot of stairs, the different levels gave us all some separation when getting ready or staying up late. Unfortunately, it rained through most of our trip, so the upstairs rooftop was not usable during our stay. The cupboards have lots of dishes, pots/pans and serving dishes in them. There wasn't a lot of room to put away the food that we bought. The washer and dryer were great when we had wet clothes from our excursions. Beth and Mark were very responsive when we had questions.

The location of this condo is perfect—close enough to downtown for an easy walk to shopping and restaurants but a little removed from the worst of the noise and congestion. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio and garage are nice pluses. Lots of steps, but they provided much-needed exercise after all of the great food and drink of TC.

Very close to all downtown shopping, restaurants and the lake. Cool condo layout with garage on ground level and other two floors above. Really liked the roof-top deck. We ate dinner and lunches up there often.

Beautiful home and great location!

My family and I spent a wonderful week at this home in downtown Traverse City. It's so close to both Lake Michigan and the heart of Traverse City that you can easily walk to both. The home is well appointed, clean, organized and the owners are easy talk to if you need anything. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in numerous places in TC over the years and this is the best! So close to all the shopping and dining that Front St. has to offer. Park your vehicle and walk everywhere. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished.The owners were great and quick to respond to my request for early access to the property. I won't hesitate to stay here again.
