Vermieter nicht empfehlenswert.

Eine von ersten Tag an defekte SpĂŒlmaschine wurde vom Vermieter mit dem Kommentar abgetan, das dieses höhere Gewalt sei und die SpĂŒlmaschine in unserem 14 tĂ€gigen Aufenthalt auch nicht repariert und ausgetauscht werden könne. Unser Einwand das wir aber eine Fewo mit SpĂŒlmaschine gebucht hĂ€tten kommentierte er ziemlich unfreundliche mit wollen sie jetzt etwa Geld zurĂŒck! Weitere MĂ€ngel wie ein verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche, ein verrosteter Duschkopf aus dem das Wasser ĂŒberall rauslief nur nicht da wo es sollte. Keine Duschabtrennung dafĂŒr einen Abzieher an der Wand befestigt um das Wasser nach dem Duschen in den Abfluss zu befördern. Das kenne ich sonst nur von CampingplĂ€tzen. Magere KĂŒchenausstattung, verrostete Pfannen wo sich die Beschichtung ablöste, eine total abgeschrubbelte und fleckige Polstergarnitur und die Kommentare des Vermieters, der die Schuld fĂŒr alles immer bei seinen GĂ€sten sucht machen diese Wohnung und vor allem den Vermieter nicht empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Beschreibung im Internet und der tatsĂ€chliche Zustand stimmen genau ĂŒberein. Einziges Manko, was aber als ausgesprochenes persönliches Empfinden zu bewerten ist: fĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen ist die Couch sehr niedrig. :) Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und ich kann die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Kleiner Tipp zur Ausstattung: ein Brotkörbchen incl. Brötchenmesser und ein Tablett wĂ€ren ganz nett. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub in schöner Umgebung bei bestem Wetter. Ganz nebenbei hat das 9-EURO-Ticket entspannte AusflĂŒge mit der UBB möglich gemacht.
