Our stay was wonderful, everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great. We didn’t have time to use work out area, but it was well equipped and looked very clean. Their breakfast was the best of any place i have stayed! The eggs were light and fluffy, biscuits tasted homemade! Their cinnamon rolls were the BEST! Special thanks to Rachel, who works the front desk, for going above and beyond to help us! Great place, highly recommend!

You could hear interstate traffic all night long as well as doors constantly opening/closing and people walking around above. The walls and windows of this place are far too thin for the area. The staff was great, though! Also, when booking I put in hot springs and Expedia said this was in hot springs. Clearly it is not. Very unfortunate misrepresentation to make a booking.

It would have been nice if they notified guests that there was going to be remodeling of the walls in the hallways. The paint smell was bad and the noise was annoying when trying to sleep.

Rachel at the front desk was extra helpful and extremely pleasant. We booked a king suite, plenty of room for 2 adults and a kid. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Plenty of food options close by.
