A well-maintained modern hotel with grand lobby. The roof top restaurant offers spectacular view of Toyama's famous mountain ranges and delicious breakfast. They have huge TV at least of 65 inches installed in the guest room. One of the best valued hotels I have ever stayed.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, it is just across the road from Toyama Station & close to all the tram lines,shops & restaurants. The room is spacious, clean & the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend the hotel breakfast, there is a choice of a traditional Japanese breakfast or a buffet breakfast. We tried both and they were excellent. Breakfast is the highlight of our stays at this hotel. We would like to pay a special mention to Mitsuru Matsui San ( Rico Monte restaurant manager ) for his hospitality, friendliness,attentiveness & great service for the three days, it was a very memorable experience. Very close to the station and many restaurants option near by. Hotel stuffs are kind and polite. Delicious breakfast food, worth the money. Facility is little old however functional.

We were very happy with our stay here. The room was great. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the air conditioner did not work properly. Our son and daughter-in-law in another room had the same problem.
