どちらかというと古いホテルです。富山城の目の前で桜木町まですぐなのでロケーション抜群です。古いですが掃除が行き届いており清潔です。就寝時に低周波音が気になりました。

全体的に満足

車で伺いましたが直ぐに係の方が駐車場に案内して下さいました。部屋もある広く、富山城も見えて快適。少し古さもありますが満足でした。夕食が食べれる近所のお店を教えて下さいましたがあいにくお盆でどれも満席だったのが残念。また伺います。

大浴場があれば大満足

シングルタイプに宿泊しましたが、テーブルも独立しているタイプで快適に過ごせた。スーツケースをベッド上以外で開ける（動線の邪魔にならない）スペースがあれば尚可。 大浴場がなく客室内ユニットバスなので旅行で疲れた体を癒やすにはあと一歩。 立地は桜橋電停からだと繁華街エリアを通る必要あり。

乾淨舒適

客房空間不大，但是經過設計規劃的，極有限空間仍為旅客留了一張書桌規格的位置（不是電視機下的一個桌面而已），床很舒服，空間內乾淨，前台服務友善，唯一缺點是沒有自助式洗衣服務，其他都很好。 立山黑部之旅有提供行李寄送服務，這也是非常方便。

富山城、目の前！

初めて利用したが、さすが阪急阪神グループ。ベッドは広々として、デスクも使いやすくテレビも見やすかった。部屋も大きく感じられ、静粛性も高い。朝食も品数豊富で、テーブルスペースも十分。駅からは少し歩くが、いざというときバスもあるので安心。また、利用します。

「おもてなし」の研修が必要なガッカリのホテルです。

部屋には歯みがき・歯ブラシがセットされるおらず、フロントに電話して慌てて届く始末。フロントの男性スタッフも1階の朝食をとるカフェのスタッフの接客対応も腹立たしい。「いらっしゃいませ」ぐらいは言いましょうよ。ここ数年来、これほど酷いホテルには泊まったことはありません。二度と泊まりません。

富山城の目の前

GWに添い寝の子どもを連れて宿泊しました。 お部屋はツインのお部屋でしたので、少々窮屈ではありましたが、寝るだけなら十分です。清掃も行き届いておりましたので気持ちよく過ごすことができました。朝食付きのプランをお願いしましたが、混雑する時間帯を事前に知らせて頂いていたので、ずらして食事することでゆっくりと食べることが出来ました。品数も十分で、美味しかったです。 道路を挟んで目の前が富山城でしたので、朝夕と散歩しながら公園で子どもたちを遊ばせたりすることも出来ました。 ホテルとは関係ないのですが... 周囲に飲食店もあったのですが、連休ということもありどこも予約でいっぱいでした。夕食は予約をしておくことをオススメします。

駅前のホテルがなぜか高くて利用しました。駅から10分ちょっとかな。 荷物持って暑かったり寒かったらつらい距離かも。 ホテルはとても立派なホテルでスーツの人がたくさん出入りしてました。 富山城址公園がよく見える部屋でとても静かに過ごすことができました。
