Escape to Pop's Perch, our charming cabin in beautiful Townsend, Tennessee,

where stunning mountain views await you! This cozy retreat features a private

deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing in the hot tub, or

enjoying the view from the porch. Inside, you'll find a warm, inviting

fireplace and a flat-screen TV for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen

makes meal prep a breeze, while the two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide

ample space for up to six guests. Unwind in the rocking chairs and soak in the

serene surroundings, or fire up the charcoal grill for an unforgettable

outdoor dining experience. Your furry friends are welcome here, so you can

enjoy the mountain views with your beloved dog. Your mountain getaway starts

Living Room:

Step into the inviting living room, where comfort meets rustic charm. Relax on

the cozy sofa sleeper, perfect for extra guests, or settle into the inviting

recliner with a good book. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace on chilly

mountain evenings, creating a calming ambiance. The flat-screen TV adds

entertainment options for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

This space is designed for relaxation and making lasting memories with friends

and family.



Kitchen/Dining Room:

Welcome to the heart of the home—the kitchen and dining area! This fully

equipped space features an electric range, refrigerator, and a convenient

microwave, making meal prep effortless. Brew your morning coffee with the

coffee pot, ensuring you stay energized during your stay. Gather around the

dining table, which comfortably seats six. The door off the dining room leads

to the deck, where you can revel in the breathtaking mountain views outside,

creating a picturesque backdrop for family meals and lively conversations.

offers the perfect setting to unwind, surrounded by breathtaking views of the

majestic mountains. A centrally located shared firepit creates a cozy

gathering spot for friends and family to share stories under the stars. A

charcoal grill is on hand for preparing delicious meals, and the covered deck

invites you to savor your food in the comfort of rocking chairs while taking

in the stunning vistas. With the glorious mountains as your backdrop, you'll

truly feel a world away from it all.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is conveniently accessible by vehicle, featuring a slightly steep

road leading to a gravel driveway with level parking available for 2 cars.

You'll find a Dollar General, Kroger, and IGA conveniently located nearby.

It's just 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 40

minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a fantastic location, you're only a short

drive away from all the attractions downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the home alone unless they are kept in a

kennel

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or

if there is additional deep cleaning needed due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own bedding to cover the areas your pet lays/sleeps - or an

additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog

hair and odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger

outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local

cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner

time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that

sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - there is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

10am

Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; no

worries, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.

Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property

(any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be

charged to the credit card on file).

24-hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance at the property, call us,

and our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
