The room is quite large. The staff is very pleasant. The bed was comfy. Those r the good. The negatives - it is outdated. The pillows are awful. The gym equipment is from 1980s. The bar they reference is only open 5 to 9.

The lobby was very cold, as was the dining room. The heat did not work in our room, so they had to give us another room. The bed was very hard. The hot breakfast was served in stained and tarnished chaffing dishes. Not a great experience. Room cleanliness was ok.

The people in room 142 were very disrespectful..loud music and yelling..I alerted the desk twice..it stopped for a good hour. To many drinks out on the halls carrying on. It was not relaxing at all..The money o paid was not worth it. We wanted to leave but didn't want to lose out on our money.

I was not very happy when I got to the hotel and was told that the pool was down for maintenance. No where in the best western website or on expedia did it say the pool was closed. That was the reason for the stay was for my daughter’s birthday party. So we had to cancel the reservation and I’m waiting for the refund
