Spacious, bright house, very pleasant to live in, entirely renovated, with careful decoration, located in a wooded and quiet area just 10 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the banks of the Loire.
A large living room (about 50 m2), with a fully equipped American kitchen, opens on the south side onto a pleasant wooden terrace where it is good to bask and on the north side on a wooded and flowered garden of around 500m2, which brings the freshness desired in summer.
It separates the 2 "night" areas. One is composed of three bedrooms and mezzanine, terrace and balcony, a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet, the other, a master suite, opening onto the terrace, with bathroom private water and separate WC.
Ideal for a large family or friends. Immediate proximity to vineyards, Loire castles, troglodyte villages. Many possibility of ballads.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people maximum.
