L'équipement est plus complet qu'à l'ordinaire et en excellent état. Le parking indispensable est idéalement situé sous l'immeuble et directement accessible par l'ascenseur.

Appartement spacieux, bien situé, parking appréciable
Bien situé en plein centre même si on n'est pas dans le vieux Tours (environ 800 mètres), de bons volumes, la partie nuit est séparée ce qui est appréciable, et nous bénéficions du parking ce qui est indispensable. On est au-dessus de bars mais le double vitrage isole bien
