Aircon in room is highly inadequate. Room had no bath robes or slippers in it. TV had no internet so couldn’t use casting or streaming services. Housekeeping entered room despite having ‘do not disturb’ sign in place. Pool is extremely small. No pool towels available. Sauna and steam room not always on, has to be booked through reception!
