Cela fait plus de 3 ans que je sĂ©journe dans des hĂŽtels plusieurs fois par semaine, et c’est la premiĂšre fois que je rencontre un service aussi dĂ©plorable. Personnel : aucune Ă©coute. J’ai signalĂ© une erreur sur ma facture (consommation bar facturĂ©e alors que j’étais au restaurant). Le rĂ©ceptionniste a refusĂ© d’entendre raison et a maintenu cette erreur. Cela change tout pour mon remboursement professionnel, et il n’a rien voulu savoir. Restauration : mĂ©diocre. J’ai dĂ» me lever pour demander la suite du repas. Chambre : lit annoncĂ© en 160 cm, en rĂ©alitĂ© deux lits simples collĂ©s, inconfortable. Bruits : murs trĂšs fins, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres. Une expĂ©rience dĂ©sastreuse, je ne recommande absolument pas cet Ă©tablissement.
