The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction blocking the main route to the parking but the hotel made us aware of this a few days ahead of time and also gave us an alternative route. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.

Great stay, super staff.

Staff were brilliant and spoke excellent English even though I did try to speak French! Confusing instructions on Hotels.com re. parking which ask you to phone and reserve and when I rang the hotel, they told me we don't have to ring and reserve parking, just turn up. A bit difficult to know here the Ibis car park is and how to get into it, as there is a ground floor open air one and then a basement one which both look a bit narrow to get into. We double-parked and went into ask and I spoke to a really helpful young man on reception who told us what to do to open the barrier and were able to find a space in the open air car park. One member of staff, Fatoumata, deserves special mention. She went above and beyond to help me when I gave a complicated request to try and track down some perfume I wanted to buy for my mother which she had bought on a previous trip at a visitor centre for a chateau. She rang the property and waited patiently for about 20mins for them to answer. She finally spoke to someone in the gift shop for me to enquire about the perfume - as it was complicated I couldn't have managed with my standard of French language! It saved us driving out there 40mins to find out they no longer sold the perfume so I am so grateful she went above and beyond to help with my slightly odd request. Went to the restaurant around the corner Au Coin Gourmand - fantastic and wonderful steak with super wine. We felt the Ibis restaurant a little pricy for the food on offer.

편리하고 깔끔한 호텔

5박의 출장일정이었으며, 섭씨 38도의 폭염으로 날씨가 매우 더울 때에도 호텔방은 매우 시원하게 냉방이 잘 되었습니다. 침구는 매우 깨끗하고 편안함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 방 전체에 카페트가 깔려있는 구조이지만, 방안에서 신을 수 있는 슬리퍼가 없는 점이 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 방안에 냉장고와 금고는 없고 지내기에 반드시 필요한 물품들만 있는 매우 효율적인 호텔입니다. 밤 늦은 시간에도 프런트 직원을 만날 수 있다는 점이 주위에 있는 작은 호텔들 대비 장점이었던 것 같습니다. 그리고 아침식사에 너무 만족하면서 지냈습니다. 많이 차려져 있지는 않았지만 깔끔하면서 맛있는 아침식사여서 매일 아침 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 위치는 투르 역과 그 위쪽에 위치한 강변에 비해 많이 낙후된 지역이지만, 투르 내 무제한 교통패스만 가지고 있으면 어디든 편하게 다닐 수 있도록 각종 버스와 트램 타는 곳이 호텔 바로 앞에서 있어서 편합니다. 매우 다양한 버스 및 트램이 호텔 바로 앞에 오므로 투르 역을 비롯한 중요한 곳을 다니기에 매우 편리합니다.
