In an area offering many activities on site: water sports, spot famous for kite surfing and board, hiking on the coastal path, cycling on many bike paths

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Mai 2024

Das Haus liegt in sehr schöner naturnaher Umgebung in einem kleinen Dorf in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Sandstrand (5min zu Fuß). Das Haus ist auch von außen sehr hĂŒbsch, die RĂ€ume sind einfach, aber schön eingerichtet. Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie (zwei jugendliche Kinder) im Mai 2024 dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Haus und Garten sind großzĂŒgig und von außen kaum einsehbar. Unsere Kinder konnten sich bei Bedarf unabhĂ€ngig von uns Eltern beschĂ€ftigen (Meer, WLAN...). Erschwerend fĂŒr uns war, dass wir alle kein Französisch können und die Information, dass wir BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher mitbringen mĂŒssen, vorab nicht verstanden haben. Man hat uns aber umfassend geholfen (lieben Dank an die Vermieter und die Agentur!). Abschließend vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Unterbringung in einem sehr schönen Urlaub!

Emplacement fantastique, maison sympathique

Belle adresse Ă  proximitĂ© de la mer, des commerces, de l'arrĂȘt de bus La Capte; le marchĂ© aux puces et le marchĂ© sont juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©! Cuisine bien agencĂ©e, maison trĂšs fonctionnelle avec des moustiquaires, ce qui Ă©tait trĂšs utile en cet octobre 2023; idĂ©alement en prĂ©voir un dans la chambre Ă  4 lits, afin de pouvoir ouvrir la fenĂȘtre la nuit... Jardin ombragĂ© avec beaucoup de petits recoins. La douche et le wc extĂ©rieurs Ă©taient trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s. Nous avons bien profitĂ© de cette adresse, pendant notre sĂ©jour de 1 semaine. En octobre, avec la tombĂ©e de la nuit trĂšs tĂŽt Ă  19h30, 2 adultes et 2 ados avaient bien de la place dans le sĂ©jour. Sinon, un peu serrĂ© pour regarder un film ensemble; mais la grande table dans la cuisine se prĂȘte Ă  de beaux repas ou une soirĂ©e de jeux. En Ă©tĂ© idem Ă  la table du jardin... Une info utile Ă  ajouter ou fournir en amont: les dimensions des matelats, couettes et coussins, afin de prendre le bon linge de lit avec. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique par Jacky et sa femme, que nous saluons chaleureusement. La Capte nous manque dĂ©jĂ ... nous reviendrons!

Un séjour excellent - ein toller Aufenthalt

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine inoubliable dans cette maison de vacances de charme bien Ă©quipĂ©e et son beau jardin ombragĂ©. Petits et grands, bref toute la famille a adorĂ© ce sĂ©jour! En plus, la plage et les commerces de la Capte sont juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, pas besoin de la voiture. La communication avec les propriĂ©taires a trĂšs bien fonctionnĂ©, merci aussi Ă  Jacky d avoir Ă©tĂ© si accueillant. Nous espĂ©rons pouvoir revenir! Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus voller Charme und mit hĂŒbschem schattigen Garten verbracht. Groß und klein, die ganze Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Noch dazu befindet sich der Strand und die GeschĂ€fte ganz in der NĂ€he, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr unkompliziert, danke auch an Jacky fĂŒr den freundlichen Empfang. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen!

Erholsame Ferien in La Capte

Ein schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Die Außendusche ist nach einem Strandaufenthalt sehr praktisch. Gute KĂŒchenausstattung, Basisprodukte waren schon vorhanden. Ein Backofen wĂ€re noch schön, wenn viel gekocht wird. Es hat uns aber an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber !

Nous avons passĂ© 5j dans cette charmante maison, au calme et trĂšs proche de la mer. Nos enfants ont mĂȘme pu aller seuls se promener au bord de mer, vu qu'il y a un chemin donnant direct sur celui-ci (aucune route Ă  traverser). Nous y avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le confort, la tranquillitĂ© du quartier. Tout est fait afin que les locataires se sentent bien dans la maison. Nous tenons Ă  remercier Jacky pour sa disponibilitĂ© et sa gentillesse. SĂ©jour Ă  refaire durant les beaux jours afin de profiter des joies de la baignade.

Une semaine formidable ! mer, commerces et restaurants Ă  proximitĂ© . Location confortable dans laquelle rien ne manque, il y a mĂȘme la climatisation. Douche extĂ©rieure trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour le retour de la plage...pas de sable dans la maison ! Beau jardin ombragĂ© pour y prendre les repas. Landestypisches Ferienhaus mit leichten EinschrÀnkungen

Landestypisches Haus in sehr guter Lage. Ruhig und nur 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand und Zentrum von La Capte mit Restaurants und GeschĂ€ften. Zum Haus gehört noch ein Mini-Studio, d.h. man ist ggf. nicht ganz alleine auf dem GrundstĂŒck. Leider gab es an mehreren Stellen Ameisenstraßen im Haus, nicht nicht ganz beseitigt werden konnten. Auch fĂŒr SĂŒdfrankreich ĂŒberdurchschnittlich hoch war die Anzahl der Moskitos. Aufgrund der nicht ganz intakten Fliegengitter hatten wir diese leider auch im Haus.
