Villa acquired in May 2013, renovated and elegantly renovated, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath / WC, large salon, kitchen, all rooms with fantastic lake and distant views. 15m long large balcony to the lake side. Brand new since January 2016: another large terrace with pool, covered seating + barbecue area and also the fabulous lake and distant view. Or relax on a luxury double bed in the shade under the olive trees.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa! Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen in den Bergen. Zum See geht man einfach die kleinen Schleichwege hinunter. Für diejenigen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, empfiehlt sich das Auto, denn der Aufstieg ist bei gutem wetter mit Sonne, etwas anstrengend:-) Es war alles sauber und die Villa ist super ausgestattet. Da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte unser Hund alles entdecken . Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Je constate que le propriétaire n'a pas fait de demande de paiement via notre système pour les frais de ménage, dans ce cas vous n'êtes pas obligé de la traiter, ne vous inquiétez pas. Das Haus war wie bei Fewo beschrieben. Sehr sauber, praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles auf einer Ebene, Haus, Terrasse und Pool. Tolle Aussicht auf den See und den Ort. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Fabrik im Ort, wo 24/7 gearbeitet wird und nie mal richtig Ruhe einkehrte. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Unsere Erwartungen an das Ferienhaus, Ausstattung und Außengelände, vor allen Dingen der tolle Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den Gardasee haben sich in jeder Beziehung erfüllt. Wir haben jeden Tag die große Sonnenterrasse und den Pool mit Blick zum See genossen. Wir waren bereits mehrfach am Gardasee. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir nur mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben die vergangene Woche in der Villa Ulivi verbracht. Schon im Vorfeld hat alles wunderbar geklappt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bei Fragen war schnell und unkompliziert, ebenso der Versand der Schlüssel und einer Wegbeschreibung. Wir hatten ein paar spannende Minuten bis das richtige Haus gefunden war, vlt könnte man der Beschreibung hinzufügen, dass das Haus von der Straße aus nicht zu sehen ist, der Stellplatz ist ausschlaggebend :D. Als wir es gefunden hatten waren wir wirklich sprachlos, schon die Gartenanlage ist der Knaller, liebevoll gepflegt und lädt zu Entdeckungstouren ein. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön, ausgestattet mit wirklich allem das man benötigen könnte und, mit der wichtigste Punkt auf unserer Liste, super sauber. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen, so sauber war vorher keine. Respekt! Wir haben einen Moment gebraucht um zu verstehen warum wir uns in dieser Anlage wohler gefühlt haben als in anderen. Sie wird von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt und ist deshalb "bewohnt", nicht so "steril" wie andere. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es auch ein heftiges Gewitter das einen großen Pflanztopf umgeworfen und beschädigt hat. Wir konnten ihn selbst nicht wieder aufrichten, am nächsten Tag war aber alles bereits wieder behoben und der Pool gereinigt - TOP! Unterm Strich haben wir beschlossen, dass wir sehr, sehr gerne wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.

Exklusiver Urlaub in beeindruckender Lage !
Wir haben Anfang Juni eine wunderschöne Woche bei angenehmen Temperaturen in diesem exklusiven Chalet verbringen dürfen. Einrichtung: Es ist einfach alles da - noch nie hatten wir ein so vollständig ausgestattetes Feriendomizil. Wir entdeckten bis zum letzten Tag immer wieder neue liebevolle Details. Außenbereich: Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend - zu jeder Tageszeit findet sich ein nettes Plätzchen und man kann den Ausblick einfach nur genießen. Dazu ein schöner Pool, bequeme Liegen, Sonnenschirm und ein schön angelegter Garten. Wir haben uns nach jedem Ausflug auf diese wunderschöne Terrasse gefreut. Lage: Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist herausfordernd, aber lohnenswert, wenn man diesen grandiosen Ausblick über den Gardasee genießen möchte. Supermärkte und viele nette Lokale (Empfehlung: "Il Boccone" u. "Rustichel") sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 min erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war unkompliziert und freundlich - Herr Schmied war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Fazit: Ein gelungener Urlaub in jeder Hinsicht - wir kommen gerne wieder.
