It is owned by a Guernsey family whose members lived on the homestead through the Occupation years. Available in the summer months, it is perfect for families, friends, nature enthusiasts, history buffs and beach lovers.
Breathe in the fresh sea air and relax to your heart's content in this stylish, rustic/modern, granite cottage. Enjoy sipping a drink on the front patio with views toward Rocquaine Bay and Fort Grey. Previously featured in Country Homes & Interiors magazine, the cottage features a working fireplace, exposed interior stone walls, tongue-and-groove boards, ship’s mast beams, distressed wood floors and a Shaker kitchen. Three bedrooms (one with en suite shower room), family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Small, sunny, fully enclosed back garden with decking, picnic table for six and bistro table for two.
