When you want to unwind, relax and enjoy the beaches of the Costa del Sol, you should take a closer look at this villa in Torrox Costa, only 1 km from the seashore. The light-filled interior allows the whole family to gather and spend some time together, whereas outside, the private pool is ideal to refresh.

The house is provided with a beautiful living area, from which you will access all the other rooms in the villa. The house’s main space is divided into a lounge area with TV, where a fabulous wood-burning stove provides the warmest atmosphere, a dining area for all the family members to enjoy their meals together, and a smaller sitting area with two sofas. The huge independent kitchen features all the appliances you’ll need to prepare the most delicious dishes, as well as a kitchen island. The three bedrooms of the villa are all equipped with warm/cool air-con: two of them are furnished with a double bed each, and the third bedroom is provided with two twin beds. The two bathrooms both have a shower.

The living room opens onto a veranda, where an outdoor dining table lets you make the most of the fabulous weather conditions just by opening the doors. From here, a few steps lead to the enclosed patio, where you will spend some unforgettable moments. You can choose to play some ping-pong, sunbathe on the sun loungers, relax on the swing sofa, prepare some delicious meals on the covered BBQ, or have a dip in the private pool. However, the icing on the cake is the outdoor Jacuzzi, which relies on an electric motor to filter and heat the water.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.
