Situated on the Rocamaura just below the Montgri National Park and a short walk from town, all its amenities and the beach, this thoughtfully restored villa benefits from a private pool and a large garden. There are incredible sea views throughout the house and garden over the Medes Island, Estartit and the Bay of Pals.

With its 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, recently renovated kitchen and large living and dining rooms, the villa is very well equipped, tastefully furnished and ideal for a large family or friends. Three of the five bedrooms have balcony access and there is a beautiful covered veranda, with panoramic views, for outdoor living and eating. There is both on-road and garage parking as well as a fast wifi connection. It should be noted that there are 50+ steps to access the house from street level, but the views from the moment you arrive make this more than worth it!
