Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in idealer Nähe zur Innenstadt und zum Strand und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gewesen. Die Dachterrasse haben wir Abends gerne genutzt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung entsprach all unseren Bedürfnissen und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, er konnte uns immer schnell weiterhelfen.

die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse, die ausschließlich zu dieser Wohnung gehört. Die Wohnung ist in der dritten Etage. Der Vermieter ist absolut verlässlich und unkompliziert. Mängel werden sofort behoben. Die Stadt oder auch der Strand ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar (ca. 5-10min). Geschäfte ohne Auto erreichbar.

L'appartement est idéalement situé en centre-ville proche de toutes commodités et surtout des différentes plages. L'appartement est impeccable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. En plus de posséder trois grandes chambres, deux salles de bain, un séjour salle à manger et une cuisine indépendante, le tout bien agencé, le vrai plus de cet appartement est bien sûr son toit terrasse qui permet de profiter des barbecues et d'une vue une magnifique sur Estartit. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire sont aussi des atouts. Dommage que notre séjour fut court nous serions bien restés encore un peu... Nous recommandons très fortement cet appartement dans cette petite station balnéaire familiale.

Parfait pour un séjour plage et repos

Nuria et Neil sont accueillants et sympathiques. L'appartement est propre et correspond à la description. Nous avons aimé la proximité de la plage, des services et commerces ; nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant le séjour ;-) . Un bémol toutefois, il fait très chaud dans l'appartement et les ventilateurs sont à peine suffisants. Nous gardons un bon souvenir de ce séjour plage et détente.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, mais literie à rénover et une vaisselle un peu minimalist. Un lave-vaisselle serait également souhaitable pour parfaire les vacances. Apartamento cómodo y agradable

Apartamento confortable, situado en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Bien situado en el casco urbano, con aparcamiento exterior incluido. Muy limpio y luminoso, con dos terrazas exteriores y solarium. La dueña es atenta y muy servicial. Le faltaría renovar el suelo (algunas baldosas se mueven) y la cocina, pero por lo demás, muy bien. Internet funciona en todo el apartamento. 100% recomendable.

Appartement idéalement situé

L appartement est idéalement situé à cinq minutes à pied de la plage et deux minutes du centre ville.Le logement en lui même est assez grand pour six personnes. Quelques petits détails à améliorer (comme les clinches de certaines portes qui ne souvent pas de l`interieur et quelques ustensiles et service de table supplémentaires en cuisine. Le seul gros point nécessaire dans le futur serait une climatisation dans le logement vu les températures que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour. Pour le reste la propriétaire était très gentille et aimable.
