With a capacity for 6 people, it is located just 150 meters from the beach in a community area with a swimming pool. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and mosquito nets for added comfort.



On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen, a toilet, and a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, television, and access to the terrace and private garden, which is fenced and equipped with furniture, awning, and barbecue.



On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a suite with an en-suite bathroom and a small balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. All windows have mosquito nets, and the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.



The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Additionally, the house has a small garage perfect for storing beach items and other objects.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket is less than 6 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
