Villa Amalia 61: Ground floor with garden
This modern ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, a sofa-bed and two bathrooms, with space to accommodate up to 6 people.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Just outside the door is another bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. The bedrooms and living room also have air conditioning and heat pump to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is equipped with a dining table and sitting area.
Outside, there is a large terrace with beautiful views of the swimming pool and gardens. Equipped with a table, chairs and sunbeds, it is the perfect place for sunbathing and enjoying al fresco dining.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day of electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included.
The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12-metre long summer swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. There is also a private gym equipped with treadmills, static bikes and cross-trainer within the complex, and for those visiting in winter, a heated pool with a temperature of 28ºC. Just outside the development, there is ample space for parking.
Villa Amalia is in an unbeatable location close to all amenities and away from crowded areas. Just 300m from the door is a small shopping centre with an Aldi, a Tedi and a Rossman, and less than 800m away is a great selection of bars and restaurants.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the sea, where there is a beautiful rocky beach with a swimming area. Following the coast towards Torrevieja, we reach the famous sandy beach of Los Náufragos, awarded with the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in total comfort and safety. On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities.
And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Villa Amalia. Within a 10 minute drive there are 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard, and the well-known golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin are 20 minutes away.

Apartamento igual que en las fotos, playa, tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Urbanización tranquila, las piscinas casi vacías.La limpieza genial y un punto a favor el parking, es difícil aparcar en la zona en fin de semana

Très bon séjour
Nous avons apprécié la localisation, le complexe, l’environnement, la proximité des commerces, plages, la fonctionnalité de l’appartement et sans oublier la disponibilité et réactivité du gérant (bravo à Diego) et des prestataires de service. Aussi l’appartement est au rêve de chaussée et il manque d’intimité au regard du passage et de l’absence de protection.Nous y avons passé 1 mois et nous avons trouvé que l’équipement de la cuisine était insuffisant (notamment absence essoreuse à salade, de mixeur) et certains ustensiles seraient judicieux de les changer ( poêle, fer à repasser, séchoir). Pour conclure nous reviendrions dans ce complexe en choisissant un appartement plutôt à l’étage car nous avons aimé l’endroit.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einer gut gepflegten Anlage.
Alles war sehr gut. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter, Herrn Martinez. Tiefgarage OK.
Kleine Kritikpunkte:
1. Nur ein (!) kleiner Topf mit passendem Deckel und ziemlich alte Pfannen. Für einen Langzeitaufenthalt nicht ausreichend.
2. Der Couchtisch mit der Glasplatte sieht zwar toll aus, ist aber sehr gefährlich. Ich habe heute noch eine Narbe am Bein. Der Grund ist, man sieht ihn schlecht wenn man durchs Zimmer geht.
3.Das Garagentor hat keinen Sensor. Wenn man im Schwenkbereich des Tores stehen bleibt, schlägt das Tor gegen das Auto. Mein Auto hat deshalb als Andenken an den schönen Aufenthalt eine leichte Schramme an der hinteren Tür.
