Insgesamt eine schöne geräumige Wohnung mit ein paar Abzügen. So hatten wir bei Ankunft nur zwei angefangene Klopapierrollen und keine Handseife, also stand erstmal Einkauf auf dem Plan. In der Küche fehlten uns einige Sachen, wie z. B. Bratpfannen (die , die vorhanden waren, sind zerkratzt und nicht zu gebrauchen.) Möbel zum Teil wackelig, so die Stühle, Betten knartschen.

Poca profesionalidad

Hemos venido 6 adultos y 4 niños pequeños y no volvería a repetir. El propietario nos dijo que teníamos acceso al apartamento a las 16:00 y por un fallo suyo de no haberlo limpiado tuvimos que estar esperando hasta las 20:00, después de llamarle no sé cuántas veces y no responder a nuestras llamadas... Wifi no funciona, cucarachas de 5 días 3 en uno de los dormitorios y en la cocina... La experiencia no ha sido buena, espero que con los siguientes se porten mejor.

Hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung, sauber und ordentlich

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr belebten Stadtteil von Torrevieja im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Sonnenlicht hat keine Chance und die Baustelle vor dem Haus ist im Urlaub nicht so angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Internet läuft und mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck für 10 Personen vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Leider ist die Bausubstanz nicht gut. Es ist sehr hellhörig (man hört jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarraum) und der Rollokasten war nur mit 4 Nägeln in einem dünnen Brett befestigt und viel herunter, als sich mein Sohn versehentlich auf die Gardine setzte (welche bis auf das Bett herunterhing). Die Kosten für den Schaden des Baupfusches durfte ich natürlich voll übernehmen.
