Beautiful spotless appartment.

Had lovely stay. Appartment was like home from home. It was so comfortable and lovely to get back to after having days out. The owner was a lovely man and we hope he continues to keep this wonderful home full all year round. It was so nice to walk out of the door and see the wonderful sea and beach in front of you. Perfect relaxing location

Thank you Juan and Maria for your hospitality and the use of your holiday home. We loved every minute, the house had everything we needed to have a relaxed beach holiday, including all the ‘stuff’ for the kids to use. We have spent 9 days walking the beach and eating in the surrounding restsurants. The house is really well equipped if you wanted to cook a meal for a family. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby, while we were there there was also a lovely little carnival in the square with trampolines and a carousel, the perfect way to end the day for any active kid. We will be in touch shortly as we intend to return very soon......

Great location near the beach. Nice appointed villa feeling like a home instead of a rental. Good facilities in and around. Plenty of chairs, tables and bits for the beach. Would recommend

J'ai vraiment apprécié la gentillesse du propriétaire , la cuisine ! , il est rare de trouver autant d'accessoires. Pour les chambre et la salle d'eau :,des draps et serviettes de bain en suffisance (rare aussi )dommage que le temps n'était pas au beau fixe cela aurait été parfait

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit schöner Terrasse.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zwei Monate lang genossen. Carlos ist ein angenehmer Gastgeber. Weil wir mit dem Espressobereiter nicht zurechtkamen, brachte er uns noch eine Kaffeemaschine vorbei. Bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten, die wir kaufen mußten, war alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Ruth & Hans

Ottima posizione e tutte le comodità

L'annuncio dell'inserzionista rispetta la realtà, forse è addirittura sottostimata dal proprietario, le foto infatti non rendono quanto si trova in realtà. Casa molto spaziosa per 5 persone, pulita, accogliente ed in buono stato. Il proprietario è disponibile per ogni esigenza e ci ha messo a disposizione tutto quello che era presente in casa, compresi sedie ombrelloni e giochi per la spiaggia. In casa abbiamo trovato anche teli mare a nostra disposizione. La località è molto tranquilla, fuori dalla mondanità di Benidorm, ideale per famiglie. Vicino alla proprietà si trovano parecchi ristoranti e negozi di alimentari. Il consiglio comunque è di prendere una macchina a noleggio e visitare i dintorni. In pochi km si trovano supermercati, centri commerciali e piscine Sicuramente mi sento di consigliare questa casa per le vacanze. Ringrazio ancora il proprietario
