Full furnished apartment, Wi-Fi and everything you need, close to the beach, family-friendly activities, and public transportation nearby.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
Charming and spacious bungalow inside a calm residence with nice common swimming pool. It is located in center of Torrevieja and 2 minutes walk from the beach of Los logos.
The bungalow is fully renovated, reinforced door, shower and nice balcony.

Sheets and towels are Provided for all beds. It's newly remodeled with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooktop with oven cook areas, refrigerator, and washing machine). Bathroom with shower and heater. There is air-conditioner, flat screen TV with plentiful channels.

Nice and Private

This lovely apartment is only 5 short blocks (5 minutes) from the nearest beach. The biggest pros: private parking, quiet apartment, a beautiful pool, everything needed to prepare breakfast, washing machine, close to the beach, and a sweet cafe on the way to the beach. The only cons: bathroom had a smell, the second bedroom does not have air con, hair on master bedroom sheets (we slept on top of the duvet cover instead, and threw the comforter on top of us). We have no problem recommending this apartment. Great communication throughout.

A great choice

Small but well-equipped little property. Despite its size was just about big enough for a two adults and two children. Property was spotlessly clean although the bathroom occasionally had a smell of sewage. Didn't bother us too much as it wasn't too strong. Very comfortable beds. Nice big TV. Feels secure as its part of a gated community and the pool is lovely too. Around a 15 minute walk to the beach. Although I never met the host, Kim was always available promptly on WhatsApp to answer any questions and was very helpful. Only downside of our stay is that the washing machine had an electrical fault and it also ruined our clothes with what looked like bleach stains even though we used regular detergent. I am giving a 5-Star review regardless of this in good faith that Kim will out this right as we have been promised some form of compensation. Overall a lovely stay and I would stay again.

Nos ha encantado todo, desde el bungalow, q lo tiene todo, la ubicación, todo muy cerquita( playa, supermercados, restaurantes...) hasta la atención recibida por el propietario q a pesar de no estar cerca ha estado pendiente de absolutamente todo.

Vacances très agréable

Pour des vacances sans moyen de transport l'appartement est tres bien situé. Nous avons pu faire nos courses a 5 mns a pied, la mer et les restos a 5mns. La propriétaire est tres sympathique et repond rapidement à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons ce logement.
