No Air Con!!

Self catering studio not ready on arrival but that turned out to be a blessing as had a couple of nights sleep in substitute hotel. When Sole Belo was 'ready' it wasn't the accommodation booked. Day later transferred to self-catering but that was awful. No air-con and the fans supplied just circulated hot air. Impossible to cook or sleep. Slept on floor as that was the coolest spot by the open balcony but not until 5am. Balcony small and black out drapes hid the tiny balcony that overlooked the next one. Dark, hot, uninspiring room overlooking road. Cut short the 'holiday' and amazed lasted a week. Needs big improvement. Staff nice and they had to work through the heat coping with disgruntled guests.

Great value for money. We had a corner room which may have been more spacious than others and benefited from a sea view (just).

Llegamos y la reserva no estaba.

Llegamos las 2 de la tarde y la recepcionista nos dice que no hay pensión completa y nuestra reserva no estå,. Habíamos hecho la reserva y pagado. Con pensión completa y no tienen ni cocina l. Después de mås de tres horas nos cambiaron de hotel. Pero el disgusto de empezar así tus vacaciones no se olvida. Ademås de perder nuestro primer día. No lo recomendaría a nadie

Poco recomendable

Ignoro si solo ha sido mala suerte pero no ha sido placentera mi estancia en Sole Bello. Durmiendo en un incomodo sofå-cama con apenas vajilla o tazas, con un servicio de comedor rayando mínimos. El Wifi no se mantiene conectado y hay que iniciarlo constantemente.En fin un pequeño desastre. No volveré y no puedo recomendarlo.

It was a nice hotel, close to the beach. The room had a kichen and refridgerator, which was nice. The bathroom was big with a bathtub, and the room had a porch. The only problem was the air condition that didn't work very good and made the room pretty warm.

Sin aire acondicionado cuando te lo venden con el. Dicen que lo están arreglando pero no es verdad. Te alquilan ventiladores a 3 € por día cuando deberían dejarlos por cortesía ya que están cobrando un servicio que no dan. Mobiliario escaso en habitaciones, hasta las 15 no te dan la habitación cuando la entrada es desde las 10 (casi 5 horas esperando).

Vi rekommenderar INTE detta hotell till nÄgon

VÄr semeter var total förstörd p.g.a. Expedia hade fel information om tillgÄng av A/C pÄ hotellet. Det finns inte allt nÄgon A/C. DÀrefter det finns fel information om strÀnderna. NÀrmaste strand ligger ca 500 m frÄn hotellet dÀr man kan bada utan risk att slÄ sig pÄ stenar. I hotellbeskrivningen stÄr att det finns gratis toalettartiklar, men det finns det inte (inte ens en liten tvÄlbit), utan det finns att köpa i hotellreceptionen. Djupt badkar betyder att vatten rinner pÄ golvet nÀr du duschar för det finns inget duschdraperi. Balkongerna Àr smÄ och dem flesta har utsikt över andra balkonger (inte sÄ roligt). Expedia har Àven fel telefonnummer pÄ hotellet pÄ sin sida. Expedia skulle ta bort detta hotell frÄn sin sida för att inte lura andra mÀnniskor.

Enligt Expedia sida fanns det aircondition pĂ„ rummet vid bokningnen, vid ankomst fanns det ingen, vi ombedes av hotellet att tala med Expedia om detta, vi tyckte att de kunde fixa en elektriker. Vad man pĂ„ hotellet gör , Ă€r att man utlovar wifi aircondition och annat pĂ„ rummet, lĂ€genheten, sedan tre veckor senare nĂ€r man anlĂ€nder har hotellet meddelat Expedia att man inte har aircondition, Expedia meddelar dĂ„ inte detta till oss som bokat, (man jobbar ju pĂ„ provision, högre omsĂ€ttning mer cash ) SĂ„ dĂ€r stĂ„r vi dĂ„ i receptionen, gĂ€ster som bokat frĂ„n olika lĂ€nder och har samma klagomĂ„l. Dock hade hotellet ordnat med flĂ€ktar som man tog 3 euro i dagshyra för. Expedia försökte ringa till hotellet och fĂ„ det verifierat att det inte fanns aircondition, men hotellet lyfte inte telefonen. Elkostnad i Spanien för aircondtion ligger pĂ„ 6000 kronor i mĂ„naden för en liten lĂ€genhet. SĂ„ om man har 50 lĂ€genheter att hyra ut och slĂ„r av aircondition spar man ju 300000 pĂ„ en mĂ„nad. Ägaren till hotellet satt i svalkande bris pĂ„ Mallorca enligt uppgift. Nu Ă„terstĂ„r att se om Expedia skickar tillbaks pengarna till oss.

A fuir !

Pas de chambre disponible Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Nos avons Ă©tĂ© envoyĂ©s dans un autre hĂŽtel Ă  18km de lĂ , qui n'Ă©tait pas au courant. Nous avons eu la chambre le lendemain, plutĂŽt grande avec une terrasse mais donnant sur la terrasse et l'appartement d'en face, aucune intimitĂ©,d'autant plus qu'il fallait dormir la fenĂȘtre ouverte car la clim Ă©tait en panne, sans solution de rechange. Le lit avait 2 matelas Ă  ressort dĂ©plorables ! Dans la cuisine, trĂšs peu de vaisselle disponible. Nous sommes partis avant la fin de notre sĂ©jour dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© ! Honteux !
