The compact apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The building has a wheelchair-accessible lift. The water in the kitchen is purified into drinking water by a water filter. Internet and smart TV complete your stay.
There is also a parking space in the underground car park (not suitable for large cars and vans).
The bus station is just a 10-minute walk away and offers excellent connections to the surrounding areas.
Due to its fantastic location, the apartment is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the city and the beach.
