I enjoyed my stay with you food room and the pools, the receptionists were very nice and helpful, and the waiters worked so hard to take care of us, my only complaint was the children running up and down the corridors at night at 11 and 12 midnight it was so hard to sleep

Worst hotel in a long time, dirty, my wife saw blood stain on one of the pillows, bad rooms design, very cheap furniture, floors with big gaps probably due to water problems and our mattress was good for the scrap yard,. There was a bad smell in the room. On the pictures, they show the big towers, but they will stick you near the pool area which it is really cheesy and bad. I recommend to go anywhere else nearby and it is better. They charge you for parking which is fine but you have to pay every time you go out and back in. Wifi is useless, forget about Netflix or any streaming. Very noisy too. We just left very early the next morning to end this bad experience. Only positive in the whole experience, we had flip flops so we didnā€™t have to walk barefoot on the dirty floors.

Although this is stated to be a 4 star hotel, I personally felt it was more of a 3 star. My check in went smoothly & I felt very welcomed by the lady on reception however upon seeing the room, it didnt feel as luxurious as I expected. Sun beds & parasols seem to be hard to come by unless you queue up at 8:30am & reserve a lounger. On a couple of occasions, I received a lot of attitude from individual cleaning staff from what seemed to stem from the language barrier & them not understanding me. Either way, I felt the responses were inappropriate, unreasonable & unprofessional for the circumstances. There was a lot of confusion over the hotel policies regarding ladies topless bathing. On my first full day, out of courtesy, I asked 3 members of staff what the policy on this was & received 3 different replies. Due to the inclination of those staff members, it seemed it was more likely frowned upon than accepted so I refrained (on what was the best day of sunshine for my stay).....only to later watch a local bathe topless & not one member of staff opposing this. As it was nearing the end of the day, I didnt say anything but chose to clarify this with Reception the following morning. Here, it was clarified that ladies can bathe topless - I wasn't very happy that this had impacted my holiday. There was also conflicting advice given by 2 members of staff regarding the price of adding on an evening meal - At check in, i was advised it would be 16Euros but later told it was 23E.

Hotel was clean, room was as expected, clean and everything you need, staff polite, great location, walkable to the main town around 30minutes. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping more local to the hotel as well. Great to have an option of a more relaxed pool which I preferred. Only thing is at busier times it would be more helpful to have more staff on at the reception.

Family and Childen Hotel NO Adults Only Area

We came here twice last year April and September, the quiet sunbathing area at the front was Adults only which was great as thatā€™s what we wanted. This year Iā€™ve never see so many children and babies in this area, screaming, crying, running in between the beds while youā€™re trying relax.. and then the food area again full off families. Thereā€™s just no quiet area for Adults to relax and enjoy.

The family rooms are on what seems to be the older side of the hotel and facing the larger pools. It can be noisy at night with the pool noise. The rooms are clean. The beds are super firm which is not my preference. Overall, it was a good two night stay for my family as we stayed in Spain an extra two days after our son completed soccer training.

Nice hotel on the beach, clean & friendly staff, breakfast was excellent with huge choice, plenty of local restaurants & not far from main centre. Day trip to Gibraltar was good but took 3 hours on coach due to so many pick ups and nearly as long coming back.
