Holiday let Apartment in the Playamar I complex in Torremolinos. Located in Block 3 just less than 50 meters to the seafront this low floor apartment is fully equipped. It has 1 bedroom with large 180cm double bed, fitted wardrobes and separate air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Living room with 43" flat screen smart TV and high speed internet, 2 sofa beds (recommended for children up to 16-18 years old) and dining table and chairs, Separate Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and usual kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The large wrap around terrace partly enclosed for extra room. It has excellent views of the complex to the left and with sea views from various angles.
The building has 2 modern lifts and the complex set on the 1st line of the beach has large gardens, 2 tennis courts, padel tennis court, children play area, basketball court, large swimming pool and restaurant. There is also access the the Playamar II complex which has swimming pool and restaurant and children's pool

Lovely well equipped apartment
Playamar is our favourite area to stay in Torremolinos. We were not disappointed with this apartment. Very clean, everything we required for a months stay was there and the property manager (Gary from Playamar Properties) was always available if we had questions. Overall, a great experience
