The open-plan kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with everything necessary: large fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, and complete kitchenware.
The bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm, also with air conditioning and storage space. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower option, washbasin and all essential elements.
The urbanisation is quiet and safe. It has a communal swimming pool open from 15 May to 15 October, landscaped areas, private parking in a closed compound, and exclusive beach access via a lift that goes directly down to the promenade.
