L'appartement est décrit comme climatisé et pourtant seulement un air climatisé dans une seule chambre et ce dernier était rempli de moisissure. Il se vidait dans un bac de 20 litres que nous devions vider chaque jour. Ils indiquent aussi vue sur l'océan et on voit des montagnes, c'est indiqué garage et il n'y en a pas. Ce qui était très sale : les grilles des 2 salles de bains, la hotte de cuisine, les ventilateurs sur pied, la porte-patio, le contour de la plaque induction, le grille-pain, la douche pleine de moisissure aussi, le bain rouillé. La tapisserie de chambre à moitié décollée, le comptoir de cuisine taché ou brûlé, un matelas taché de sang séché, le loquet de la porte brisé. Insalubrité et danger pour la santé.
